Mental Health Resources for Nonprofit Professionals

Posted By: Diana Jagde Equity, Staff + Volunteer Teams,

In the face of growing uncertainty, from shifting policies to rising community needs, nonprofit professionals continue to show up with heart, hope, and determination. But that steadfast commitment can take a toll.

At MANP, we recognize that the well-being of our sector depends on the well-being of the people behind it.

Mental Health Awareness Month is an important reminder to pause, reflect, and prioritize mental wellness—not just for ourselves, but for our teams and communities. It’s a time to acknowledge the weight of the moment we’re in, and to lean into practices and resources that sustain us for the long haul. When we care for ourselves and one another, we strengthen the entire sector.
