This annual publication has connected Maine's nonprofit community with the state's business leaders, helping organizations share their stories with the people who have the influence and resources to make a difference. Whether you're seeking corporate partnerships, volunteers, board members, sponsors, or philanthropic support, visibility among business decision-makers matters.
This year, the Giving Guide will be delivered directly to a readership of more than 38,000 Maine business executives. Most importantly, 81% of Mainebiz subscribers are the number-one decision-makers at their organizations—the owners, CEOs, presidents, and senior leaders who determine where their companies invest their charitable dollars and community partnerships. In addition to the mailed publication, the digital edition will be available for free on the Mainebiz website throughout the year, extending your reach long after publication.
Each participating nonprofit receives a two-page spread designed to help tell your story.
- Page One: A professionally formatted profile developed with the support of a Mainebiz editor, highlighting your mission, programs, leadership, volunteer opportunities, and ways to support your organization.
- Page Two: A full-color advertisement showcasing your organization, campaign, or call to action. Design assistance is available free of charge if needed!
You'll also receive a PDF of your spread for your own marketing and fundraising efforts and ten printed copies to share with donors, board members, and partners.
Discount for MANP Members
MANP members are eligible for a $500 discount on the standard rate. While the regular cost for a two-page spread is $2,495, your exclusive rate is $1,995. Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to reserve your spot well before the deadline of Tuesday, August 11th. The Giving Guide will be distributed on September 28th.
