Hubbard Free Library

Sec. 1. The Hubbard Free Library, hereinafter referred to as the Library, has been established to provide materials and services to all citizens of its communities from pre-school through maturity. The Library shall collect, preserve, and make available a varied collection of media and programs to serve and be responsive to the personal, educational, cultural, and professional needs of the communities that it serves. Sec. 2. The Library shall have for a mission to be recognized as a cultural and educational cornerstone of the communities of Hallowell, Chelsea, and Farmingdale through the facilities, programs, and library services provided and accessed.
