The mission of the Four Directions Development Corporation (FDDC) is to improve the social and economic conditions of the Four Tribes of Maine: Passamaquoddy, Micmacs, Penobscot and Maliseets through education and investment in affordable housing, tribal business ventures and Native entrepreneurs.
