Community Care

Community Care provides in home clinical support, outpatient mental health and psychiatric services, family centered residential services, treatment foster care, and case management support to children and families. We also provide community based services for adults with mental illness. We serve individuals from the Portland/Brunswick area to Fort Kent to Machias to Greenville Belfast and everywhere in between.
