This is a two-part series hosted from 2:00-3:30pm ET on Tuesday, May 5 and Thursday, May 7. 

All that you need to be a higher performing board. Take your board from good to great with MNA’s tools for high performing boards series. A few best practices separate high performing boards from the just okay boards. This two-part series will walk through proven tools to help board performance and cohesion. This series is best suited for board and staff leaders ready to level up board performance.

  • Committee charters
  • Board calendar planning
  • Agenda and consent agenda guidelines
  • Board evaluation guidelines and templates
  • Board recruiting matrix

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify common board pitfalls and solutions
  • Explain practices for high performing boards
  • Implement tools to improve board performance
