Together for Good: Maine’s Nonprofit Gathering

Designed to connect, support, and inspire the people powering Maine’s mission-driven work.

Maine’s nonprofit sector is rich with experience, insight, and creativity—and this gathering is about tapping into that collective well to imagine what’s possible, together. Through reflection, meaningful discussions and collaborative learning,  we’ll practice the skills that sustain our work and recharge so we can become a stronger, more connected sector. You’ll leave equipped with strategies to use and share—producing ripple effects that propel collaboration and strengthen the collective capacity of Maine’s nonprofit community.

"The purpose of this event is to tend to the roots of how we work together and to support, inspire and strengthen the heart of Maine nonprofits - the people." ~Katrina Ruffner, MANP Director of Education.

Throughout the day, participants will move through a thoughtfully designed experience that blends structured discussions with informal moments for connection and reflection.

The agenda features dynamic plenaries, peer-led breakout conversations, dedicated time for networking, and a live MANP Connects panel to wrap up the day.

Full Day Registration          MANP Connects Standalone Ticket

This isn’t your typical conference where you sit back and take notes—it’s an active, participatory, supportive gathering where your voice matters and your experience contributes to something bigger.

Come ready to connect, share, and ignite the ideas and relationships that move Maine’s nonprofit sector forward.

Thank you 2025 Sponsors!

Using an open format, they will help us all co-create the agenda in real time — surfacing the issues that matter most, sharing ideas and innovations, and discovering actionable ways to move forward together.

Corinne EisenmanCorinne Eisenman

Corinne is a facilitator, trainer, coach, and consultant with 30 years of experience.  As a coach, she guides individuals and teams through changing landscapes, both external and internal.  Corinne works with clients to clarify passion and purpose, increase self-awareness and resilience, and create more authentic connection in both professional and personal settings.  She supports clients in navigating their choices, transitions, and stress with grace and curiosity.

As a consultant and trainer, Corinne draws from a depth of personal leadership and teaching experience.  Her dynamic, interactive approach engages clients and inspires collaboration and exploration.  Clients gain actionable tools and skill sets as well as an experiential understanding of the “why” behind them.  Corinne focuses on alignment of core values, effective and supportive communication, and a systems approach to creating sustainable work cultures and high-quality deliverables.

Through her business, Contact Coaching and Consulting, Corinne works with a spectrum of non-profit and private business profiles, from start-up entrepreneurial ventures to well-established business entities.  She is also a team coach for Cornell Executive MBA programs and a Senior Lead Facilitator for the Cornell Team and Leadership Center.  She is honored to partner with the Maine Association of Nonprofits, supporting leaders in diverse service areas.

Corinne loves being outdoors and often brings aspects of the natural world into her coaching practice.  She is a CTI trained coach, drawing on models including Positive Intelligence and Mental Fitness, DISC, and Emotional Intelligence.  Corinne enjoys singing, wildlife tracking, and gardening in Mid-Coast Maine and the Finger Lakes of New York.

They are a registered Maine Guide who taught middle and high school humanities for 10 years and have led backcountry canoeing and backpacking trips since 2007. Hallie helps make sure Kindling Collective's trips run safely and smoothly and never forgets to pack the glitter. They grew up in Damariscotta, Maine.

Glenn Prickett, President & CEO of Gulf of Maine Research Institute

Glenn Prickett joined the Gulf of Maine Research Institute as President & CEO in September 2023. He has served in a variety of environmental leadership roles over the course of his 35-year career, working across NGOs, government agencies, volunteer organizations, and the private sector.

Before that, Prickett served in roles at The Nature Conservancy (TNC), Conservation International, and the U.S. Agency for International Development. He has also held board positions with several nonprofits, including his service as co-chair at the Keystone Policy Center and strategic planning chair at the Woodwell Climate Research Center.

Throughout his career, Prickett has focused on climate change, leading projects related to greenhouse gas mitigation in various sectors like energy, forestry, and agriculture. He has also been involved in corporate partnerships for climate resilience and adaptation. Prickett's prior marine-related work includes projects focused on fisheries policy, coastal flood insurance, and natural infrastructure.

Thank you to all of our panelists for sharing their wisdom!
