This June, we’re excited to gather virtually for a conversation on leadership transitions within the context of championing a healthy workforce here in Maine. Our nonprofit members continue to identify staff recruitment and retention as a top challenge, as well as request resources for succession planning.
How can organizations prepare for expected, and unexpected, leadership changes?
Our guests will share how their organizations approached their staffing changes, and the myriad learnings they had along the way, and long afterwards.
