Event Details
Nonprofits across Maine are facing big challenges—from shifting policies to growing community needs—and we know that solutions are stronger when we find them together.
Join MANP on Thursday, May 15th for a Nonprofit Community Forum in Presque Isle. Together we’ll listen, learn, and share ideas about how nonprofits in Aroostook County are adapting and what support they need. During this session, we’ll:
- Break down the latest federal executive actions and state legislative updates—and talk about how these shifts are affecting your organization’s work.
- Explore how your peers are navigating policy changes, funding uncertainty, and workforce challenges.
- Gain practical tools, strategies, and resources to move your mission forward—through advocacy, adaptation, and collaboration.
- Identify the types of support and resources you want from MANP—and from each other.
This is more than an update——it’s a conversation focused on what’s next, and how we can strengthen our work through shared learning and connection.
We also invite you to join us later in the day for a casual Nonprofit Meetup—an opportunity to continue the conversation in a more informal setting.
