About the Presenter
Tes Cohen's life purpose is to foster belonging and continuous learning by creating spaces that center community and curiosity. She delights in doing exactly that by co-designing and facilitating transformative gatherings with purpose-driven organizations. Her career began serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Costa Rica and includes several years in the nonprofit world as well as five years in corporate philanthropy at Gap Inc. Tes is also the co-founder of Radical Reset, creating a movement of rested leaders and a world in which rest is democratized, normalized, and celebrated. Tes has her Masters in Public Administration from NYU and BA in Psychology and Spanish from Connecticut College. She currently serves on the board of Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition (CIRC), supporting a coalition of organizations dedicated to improving the lives of immigrants and refugees. In her spare time, Tes enjoys biking, rock climbing, teaching yoga, and travel (30 states and 30 countries visited and counting!).
