I bring diverse leadership experience, strategic thinking, and genuine care to each individual and organization that I work with. I work to support nonprofit leaders, foundations, companies, and other organizations interested in building resilient organizational cultures and teams. I offer coaching, leadership development, strategic planning and advising, fundraising guidance and support, and board engagement and development strategies. Additionally, I offer trainings on how to navigate differences in the workplace, change/transition management and leadership development.
