Organization Overview

The mission of the Franklin County Animal Shelter is to aid and protect the stray, homeless and abandoned companion animals in Franklin County until a suitable home for them can be found. The FCAS assists in the prevention of cruelty to animals through educating adoptive families and the public at large.
