10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (EDT)

Event Details

Feeling disconnected, discouraged, or just plain exhausted? Looking for a sense of leadership community, support and inspiration? It’s no wonder! The current nonprofit leadership landscape is requiring you to navigate change from many directions - and help your team do the same.

Executive Directors - you are invited to join us this June to connect, strategize, and re-energize with your peers.

This day is designed to be responsive to the group’s needs through a morning of generative and timely small-group discussions on the challenges and opportunities Maine nonprofits are currently experiencing. After lunch, attendees will participate in peer coaching to work through real challenges with the expertise and insights in the room.

Participants will leave with:

  • A stronger peer network
  • Practical ideas and suggestions for current challenges
  • Models for peer discussion and coaching
  • Renewed energy for the work ahead
