Collective Well-Being Guidelines

MANP offers these collective well-being guidelines for in-person events to support, as much as possible, a safe environment, physically, mentally, and emotionally. We understand that responsibility is shared among meeting organizers, event venues and attendees, and recognize that we all have a role to play in creating a safe, healthy space.

Other Ways to Engage on Nonprofit Day and Beyond
  • Spread the word about the value of the nonprofit sector via media and social media. Review our Frames That Work toolkit and our Adding Up Impact report for tools and content to spread the word about the vital work of the nonprofit sector.
  • Submit an op-ed or letter to the editor, or encourage a board member or other volunteer to do so and highlight their experience with your nonprofit. Our Frames That Work toolkit includes a sample op-ed (See Op-Ed Writing: Tips and Tricks from the Op/Ed Project)
  • Engage your board in your advocacy. Check out the Stand for Your Mission campaign and take advantage of their tools and resources
