Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 10:30 AM (EDT) to Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM (EDT)

Event Details

This event is offered in partnership with the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN).

This is a three part series. The sessions will take place on Wednesday September 3, 10, and 17, from 10:30am-1pm ET each day.

Join us for a highly interactive 3-part series where we will collectively look at how to break the cycle of white supremacy and take practical action towards equity. Throughout our three weeks together we will dig deep into how white supremacy shows up in us and affects our work. In between sessions, you will put into practice what you learn, connecting consistent action with your work and workplace. This workshop is designed for everyone—White, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color identifying folks—to join.

In this series you will experience the following, and more:

  • Identify what white supremacy culture is and how it shows up personally and professionally
  • Reframe harmful narrative around equity
  • Learn about habit change and why it is important in this work
  • Understand your power and influence in a system
  • Cultivate practical, not philosophical Action
  • Build community with other nonprofit leaders
  • Get energized to reduce burnout and fatigue on your equity journey

Participants must register for the entire series, as the curriculum and trust building that will take place within the cohort are designed as a progression. If you are unable to attend a session live, you will have access to the recording for that session for up to 3 weeks following the completion of the series.
