Cancellation Policy

In-Person Event Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a full refund for a MANP event, requests must be emailed to Learn@NonprofitMaine.org no less than ten business days prior to the scheduled event. Substitutes for registered attendees are welcome. 

If MANP cancels a session for which you have paid, you will be refunded.

Virtual Event Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a full refund for a MANP event, requests must be emailed to Learn@NonprofitMaine.org no less than five business days prior to the scheduled event. Substitutes for registered attendees are welcome. 

If MANP cancels a session for which you have paid, you will be refunded.

In Case of Inclement Weather

MANP will make decisions one day prior for in-person events when inclement weather is anticipated. Participants will be notified by email. If we do not cancel an event and you are uncomfortable making the drive, you may notify us by email at Learn@NonprofitMaine.org and a refund will be issued.
