Event Details

This event is offered in partnership with Nonprofit New York.

By 2030, 30% of the workforce will be Gen Z. That’s why intentionally engaging and developing early talent will be a significant driver in your organization’s success.

With the fast-growing and most racially diverse population entering the workforce, Gen Z, employers must assess relevant methods to engage, develop and retain this segment for future impact. Amid significant global, technological, economical, and organizational change, employers must also take into account growing values and preferences of a new wave of talent, while addressing skill development gaps and opportunities.

In this program, participants will explore how to engage and develop the early talent segment for their organizations. They will preview Reimagine Talent’s case studies supporting a portfolio of employers, education institutions and nonprofits across the United States committed to the future outlook of the Gen Z workforce.

Key Takeaways:

  • Understand the differentiating factors impacting the workforce and workplace through the lens of early talent i.e. Gen Z
  • Discover how to proactively engage, develop and retain early talent
  • Gain practical tools to audit your organization's policies, programs, and practices to consider its impact on early talent
  • Explore best practices in early talent development and retention in emerging industries and sectors

This workshop will be presented by Chelsea C. Williams, Founder & CEO of Reimagine Talent Co.
