Professional Bio
Mary Alice Scott is the Public Affairs Manager at Maine Association of Nonprofits, where she advocates on issues impacting the state's nonprofit sector, keeps organizations updated about current policy trends, and trains nonprofit staff to strengthen our democracy through civic engagement. She is also a graduate of many MANP trainings, including Leadership Institute.
She previously served as the Executive Director of Portland Buy Local, and the Community Engagement Manager at the Portland Food Co-op. She holds a degree in Government from Franklin and Marshall College.
