Organization Overview

In 2019, after 20 years in nonprofit management and 5 years in philanthropy, I started my consulting business to bring my skills in operations, my experience in all aspects of nonprofit management, and my creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving to nonprofits experiencing transition. In addition to providing interim executive services, I am also fond of doing individual projects, such as: - Financial systems analysis, development, and budgeting - Compensation review and surveying - Coaching for executives and board leadership - Talent Search - Public Policy Basics & Nonprofit Compliance with lobbying and electioneering rules.

I will be available for new projects beginning in September of 2023.
