Member Help Desk

If you haven’t found who or what you need through our Resource Library or Business Finder directory, MANP has experienced staff available to answer member questions about nonprofit rules and practices, or to refer you to appropriate resources.

The Help Desk form is for nonprofit management questions. If you have a question about navigating your member account or our technology, though, just use our regular (and simpler!) contact form!

Members are provided with unlimited access to this service. Nonmembers are not eligible to access Help Desk support, but a wealth of free information is available in our resource library, on our blog, and in our Principles + Practices tools.

Our goal is to respond within two business days, but if you do not hear from a MANP staff member within five business days, please call us at 207-871-1885 to ensure your request reached us.
