In this keynote, Sandi Clement McKinley will discuss the current state of the nonprofit sector and introduce a framework for how small and mid-size organizations can build their adaptive capacity to thrive in a changed, and ever-changing, environment.

The Bank of Maine Charitable Foundation, through its Leaders & Luminaries Awards, honors nonprofit board members who have made important contributions to their communities through outstanding leadership of their organizations.
At this year’s Nonprofit Finance Conference, The Bank of Maine Charitable Foundation will award one grand prize winner $10,000 for his/her nonprofit and three semi-finalist winners $2,500 each for their organizations.
