Retirement Plan and Third Party Administration Services
Healey & Associates provides customized retirement plan design and asset management services to assist you in developing a retirement program strategy for your organization and employees. Healey offers various defined contribution plans including 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, 401(a) plans and 457(b) deferred compensation programs, as well as other options for small employers. Healey’s goal is to create programs designed to enable you to attract and retain qualified professionals.
Once your retirement plan is established, Healey will monitor and service your plan. Healey specializes in providing full administrative and consulting services all while ensuring ongoing compliance with IRS, ERISA and Department of Labor (DOL) regulations.
The investment professionals at Healey are also available for individual retirement planning and education to evaluate risk tolerance, time horizon, income needs, and individual tax situations to construct an asset allocation strategy to best match each individual’s investment goals.
