New Webinars on Strategic Financial Management
Hawai’i Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations (HANO) is getting ready to launch a second series of webinars in partnership with the Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF). The Strategic Nonprofit Financial Management series offers participants an introduction to a broad array of financial management tools.
NFF’s webinars are designed for nonprofit staff and board members. Their approach demystifies nonprofit accounting concepts and presents financial information in a fresh and productive way. By focusing beyond the scope of general compliance functions, such as accounting, NFF instead teaches participants how to read and interpret their financial statements to inform strategic decisions and use management tools to improve the use of resources and achieve stronger mission results. These webinars are ideal for beginners, or anyone interested in brushing up on the fundamentals of nonprofit finance.
MANP members will once again have access to these webinars at the member price. In order to receive the discounted price, MANP members should complete HANO’s online registration form and type MANP in the field for state association affiliation. Membership will be verified.
