Attend a National Conference on Collaboration and Partnerships, Right Here in Maine: Members receive deep discount at the greaterthan > Conference

This summer, corporations, nonprofit organizations, institutions of higher learning and governmental agencies are coming together to explore new models of partnership to promote innovative solutions to the major challenges we face, at home and around the world.  Join us for this first event of its kind, focused on catalyzing collaboration – where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.  Featured speakers  include leaders from the corporate, nonprofit, governmental and higher education sectors, including many leaders from Maine businesses and nonprofits.

You’ll gain valuable insights into new models of “doing business” and creating lasting partnerships:

  •  Practical take-away skills for you to implement within your organization
  •  Leading-edge examples of dynamic partnerships in the corporate, governmental and nonprofit sectors
  •  Opportunities to develop new relationships fostered by in-depth networking and match-making opportunities

The conference will be held at The Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland on July 26-28.  MANP has negotiated a deep discount off the national nonprofit price with conference organizers to allow nonprofit members of MANP to attend this event. To receive the deeply discounted rate of $295 for this three-day event, please contact Annie Sutton at 871-1885 or by email asutton@nonprofitmaine.org for more information.  Friends of MANP are eligible to receive $100 off the corporate registration fee.  Don’t miss out on this national level conference happening right in our backyard!

It was unfortunate what appears to have been an outstanding opportunity was posted so late. After seeing the notice I had to clear my work calendar and then tried to attend and was told the conference was sold out. In discussing this with the person in charge – I was told that the notice went out sometime ago. Is there any possiblity of obtaining at least the written materials? Claudia Raessler
