- Paddling the Rapids
A statewide program, Paddling the Rapids offers a unique 10 month leadership development experience specifically for the nonprofit community. MANP members get discounts.
- Dynamic EDGE Coaching and Training
Dynamic EDGE is both a one-on-one leadership coaching program for individuals and a proven training program that helps organizations establish a culture of coaching that leads to cohesion, productivity, quality and enhanced service.
- A Team Leadership Series: For Board Chairs & Executive Directors Only
The quality of the partnership between a board chair and an executive director is a key indicator of the health and success of an organization. During this seven session series, executive directors and board chairs will have the opportunity to forge a stronger and more effective partnership between the staff leader and the board leader, and offers participants an opportunity to make a strategic investment in the leadership and success of their organizations.
- Casco Passage Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is unique and powerful in that it meets leaders “where they are,” offering tailored, spot-on assistance and support through a confidential relationship. In a couple of hours per month – either in person or by phone – significant change and progress can be achieved and sustained. This program consists of six, two-hour sessions over the course of six months. The first session is an in-person meeting; later sessions are by telephone.
- Dale Carnegie Training of Maine
With locations in South Portland, Bangor & Presque Isle, Dale Carnegie Training of Maine has been working with MANP to bring its signature leadership training to the nonprofit sector.
- Institute for Civic Leadership
Located in Portland, ICL is offering a variety of board trainings at a discounted rate to MANP members.
