Exhibitor Guidelines + Application
Each year, twelve MANP members exhibit with us in the Hall of Flags during the Nonprofit Day at the State House to highlight the diversity and richness of Maine’s nonprofit sector. We’ll be hosting our next celebration on January 17, 2019. Exhibiting is a unique opportunity to showcase the work of our member organizations while building relationships with legislators.
The member selection process is competitive and complicated. We have over 900 members and only 12 spaces each year. As we typically get many more applications than we can accommodate, choosing a diverse group from those requesting space can be challenging, but we work hard to be fair. When necessary, preference is given to organizations that have applied in the past and not been chosen or have been MANP members the longest.
The criteria for being selected to exhibit are:
- MANP Member in Good Standing
- Interest in participating
- Have not exhibited in the past 7 years (with priority to those organizations that have never exhibited)
- View the list of Past Exhibitor List to determine eligibility
