Leadership Development Training Discounts

Education is a core component of MANP’s programs and services. As a MANP member, your staff, board of directors and volunteers can receive significant discounts on a variety of Leadership Development training.

Paddling the Rapids
MANP Members pay a discounted rate of $600 for a 10 month training program for executive directors that incorporates case studies and strategic discussions focusing on relevant organizational and leadership issues.

Dynamic EDGE Coaching and Training
MANP members receive discounts of 15-30% on one-on-one coaching and organizational programs.

For Board Chairs and Executive Directors Only - A Team Leadership Series
MANP members interested in participating in a leadership program designed specifically for nonprofit board leaders and staff leaders to develop as a leadership team. MANP members pay $750 for a seven-session program, the nonmember tuition fee is $1,000.

Casco Passage Executive Coaching
The Casco Passage Executive Coaching Program consists of six, two-hour sessions over the course of six months.  The first session is an in-person meeting; later ones are by telephone. For MANP members, the fee $1,250; for nonmembers, $1,500.  MANP members who want to extend the coaching relationship beyond the six-session package will receive the same discounted rate for the additional sessions.

Dale Carnegie Training of Maine
MANP Members can receive grants to participate in Dale Carnegie of Maine programming. Each course costs $1595 to $1695 and the scholarship covers $1000 of this cost. Price includes materials and instruction.

Institute for Civic Leadership
MANP members will receive a 20% discount on upcoming Institute for Civic Leadership Board Trainings.
