We offer hope...
We will lead...

Tri-County Mental Health Services has been serving Maine people for nearly 60 years.  Our mission is to provide the people of Maine with excellence in mental health, substance abuse, habilitation and life skills services, to respect consumer rights and personal dignity, and to maintain agency financial stability. Today the agency is one of the largest in Maine with the most comprehensive spectrum of services across a vast region of Maine including Androscoggin, Franklin, Oxford, Cumberland Counties and beyond. Outpatient clinics in Rumford, Oxford, Bridgton, Lewiston, Windham and Farmington are the base for many of our services, and we also reach into homes, schools, hospitals, businesses and other community locations. Our 24-hour Crisis Services helped nearly 2,500 when they needed us most and our Community Housing Programs provide homes and hope for many people.

We are proud of recent advances in streamlined operational practices, advanced technology, redesigned management structures, and new models of clinical practice. Clinically, we hold to the highest standards of care and are leading the way in bringing evidence-based practices such as Multi-Systemic Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children and youth to Maine.
